Servus!

before this year takes one last playful bow and the curtain slowly falls, I wanted to pause for a moment – with a glass in hand, a touch of glitter on my shoulder, and a very sincere thank you in my heart. ✨

2025 was intense, sparkling, sometimes demanding – but above all, shaped by you. By your visits, your glances, your conversations. Without you, it would all have been only half as beautiful.

The corset laces are allowed back into the wardrobe for the year. The final show has been played. No grand finale this time, but a small, refined audience at the Eden Bar – close, attentive, wonderful. Exactly the right way to let the year fade out in style. Not every kind of glamour needs a big stage.

As I slowly trade high heels for something more comfortable, Dino lays a culinary, warming blanket over the days between the holidays at the Savoy:

To begin, there’s Beetroot Soup and Parsnip Soup – calm, earthy, and wintery.

Then it turns cosy with Ham Noodles and Mixed Leaf Salad, or festive with Venison Ragout, Potato Dumplings, Chestnut Red Cabbage and Lingonberries – classic winter cuisine that doesn’t need to be loud to make an impression.

For a sweet finale, Walnut & Cinnamon Panna Cotta on Kumquat Ragout awaits – soft, fragrant, an elegant closing note for the year.

And of course, we raise a glass: with Berry or Orange Punch, or a classic Mulled Wine – warm, familiar, just right.

I’ll say it as it is: now is the time for candlelight, for slowing down, for quiet anticipation. Christmas is here, the new year is already at the door – and I hope we’ll see each other again there: healthy, curious, full of enjoyment, and with a little sparkle in everyday life.
