Café Savoy #036: 🍄 Sea Bass, Wild Mushrooms & Pumpkin Cake – Golden Days at the Savoy!

It’s getting late in the year — and early dark at the Savoy. Halloween is just around the corner! 🌒✨

The golden days are giving way to candlelight, warm plates, and a touch of sinful anticipation for all the delights autumn still has in store…

Dino has once again conjured up the essence of fall on a spoon:

To begin, there’s Pumpkin Cream Soup — vegan, silky, pure comfort in a bowl.

Or maybe you’d prefer a hearty Onion Soup with Cheese Croutons – classic, rich, and with that cozy warmth that tastes like the oven’s glow, a glass of wine, and good conversation.

Then things turn properly autumnal: Tagliatelle with Wild Mushroom Ragout – aromatic, earthy, almost like a stroll through the Vienna Woods (just without the mud on your shoes).

And for those who prefer something from the sea, there’s the Sea Bass Fillet with Autumn Vegetables and Sweet Potato – tender, elegant, and so refined you’ll almost forget the fog outside.

For dessert, Pumpkin Apple Cake with Curd Frosting – fluffy, fragrant, pure comfort food for the soul.
