September is breezing into the Savoy – and with it, the very first Sturm of the year!

It’s finally back: slightly cloudy, sweet like a late compliment, and dangerously charming. I’ve already had my first glass … and the second right after. Cheers!

To go with it, Dino is cooking up everything late summer loves to spoon and savour:

Our Celery & Pear Soup is creamy and vegan – like a little autumn walk in a bowl.

Next up: Autumn Chinese Cabbage Salad With Apples & Walnuts – crisp, nutty and so delicious, you might almost skip dessert.
