July is blazing – and at the Savoy, we’re celebrating peak summer with a journey along the Mediterranean coast.
We start in Greece: Dino serves up a Chilled Pea and Yogurt Soup – creamy, fragrant, and as gentle as a breeze from the Aegean. Next comes a Greek Pasta Salad – feta, olives, oregano, and a hint of lemon that tastes like a taverna at high noon.
Then we head east to the Levant, where Dino’s Bulgur Salad awaits: mint, chickpeas, colorful peppers – fresh, nourishing, and spiced with warmth and stories.
And to finish? A detour to Italy: our Gnocchi with Tomato Ragù and Melted Mozzarella – hearty, sun-kissed, like a dish from a tiny trattoria by the Riviera.
For dessert, two summer icons: Raspberry Mousse – light, fruity, almost a kiss – or a classic Viennese Iced Coffee, for those craving a touch of nostalgia.
So hoist the sails and head for the Savoy – where summer tastes of sun, the South, and the sea.
