The daffodils are blooming, the bunnies are hopping – HOP HOP! – and in the Savoy, the air is filled with the aroma of wild garlic… Yes, Easter is here! 🐰🌷 And what would a beautiful holiday be without a menu that delights both heart and palate?
We start with our Wild Garlic Soup – creamy, green, savory – a spoonful of spring in every sip. Then it’s time for the Wild Garlic Risotto with Prawns – elegant, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. 🦐🌱
Hearty delights follow with the Pork Loin with Wild Garlic Potato Purée – tenderly roasted, beautifully plated, and simply melt-in-your-mouth delicious. To lighten things up, we serve our Fennel-Orange Low Carb Salad – crisp, fresh, and citrusy enough to make spring sing.
To crown it all, our Chocolate Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream and Berry Compote – so good, the Easter Bunny might swap out his nest for it. 🍫🥚
